It was important that the Nuvative mark embodied our idea of a limitless future. We were inspired by a J-curve pattern and combining warm and cool tones to represent both stability and enthusiasm. What we created is a visual reminder that when exploring minds come together inspired by a common purpose, the opportunity is limitless.

A J-curve is a graphical representation of an exponential growth pattern occurring in an ideal, unlimited environment. One of the main characteristics of a J-curve is the “dip” or negative growth at the beginning which can be perceived as negative but is required to set the stage for explosive results. At Nuvative we understand that in order to reap rewards, hard work and difficulties must be overcome. The movement of our efforts never end, but we are always striving to be better each day.

Brian J. Staver, President / CEO

After serving in the military, Brian began his journey as a life-long entrepreneur. Leading companies in retail manufacturing before pivoting to the online lending space in 2007 and expanding into merchant processing in 2018. Brian’s goal is to help others and motivate his employees to do the same through hard work, perseverance, and innovation.

Daniel Mackenroth, COO / CFO

Daniel joined the team in 2023 as a consultant and ultimately transitioned to full-time in 2024. With over 28 years of experience in financial services, Daniel helps lead the organization through his expansive knowledge and skillset. Empowering others with his logical approach to business objectives and helping the company thrive.
